I work with children (8+), pre-teens, and teens navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, peer and family challenges, and life transitions. A warm, non-judgmental space where they can feel understood, build coping skills, and grow in confidence.
I use a relational, collaborative, and individualized approach grounded in CBT, DBT, attachment-based, and strengths-based therapies. I help youth better understand their thoughts and emotions, develop coping skills, and build confidence while working toward meaningful, realistic goals.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step. Whether you're a parent seeking help for your child or a young person looking for support, you don't have to navigate this alone. I would be honoured to walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity.
Sessions take place in a warm, comfortable space in Orillia, set up to feel welcoming for kids, teens, and parents alike.

Many feel stuck or unsure how to cope. Here's what I work with most often.
Learning to understand and gently work through worry, big feelings, and overwhelm.
Building back a sense of motivation, connection, and hope, one step at a time.
Practical strategies for focus, organization, and self-understanding that build confidence.
Navigating friendships, family dynamics, and communication with more ease.
Support through school stress, separation, grief, and other big changes.
A no-pressure 15-minute call to see if we're a good fit and answer your questions.
Before working directly with your child or teen, I meet with parents or guardians to understand the full picture: history, goals, and what's been tried so far, so we can build a plan together.
Working together toward meaningful, realistic goals at a pace that fits your family.
I work with children age 8 and up, pre-teens, and teens, along with their families where helpful.
